The RHS Chelsea Flower Show is a showcase for the very best in horticulture. Cheryl has been chosen for her plant knowledge and design skills to be part of the teams planting two medal winning gardens.

In 2006 Chris Beardshaw's "Boveridge House Garden" won a gold medal and the BBC's "People's Choice" award.

It's unashamedly traditional layout, beautiful stonework and lovely "old fashioned" planting were a huge success with both judges and the public.

The 'Tapestry and Lace' Silver Medal Award winning garden at Chelsea Flower Show 2003, was a wonderful opportunity to create intricate planting schemes using textures, shapes and colours of flowers, leaves and stems.

The theme of the garden had its origins in the detail found in needle work, its colour combinations and textural contrasts.
